Overview

The Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast at Overhead Door Corporation will lead a team of District Sales Managers and manage the overall sales strategy for the region. This role requires a strong background in sales management, customer relationship management, and business development, as well as the ability to work independently from a home office.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and control activities of the regional sales force to meet performance quotas.
  • Lead and manage 9 District Sales Managers in the West Coast region.
  • Utilize point of sale material and advertising programs to drive customer sales efforts.
  • Maintain effective communication across sales, management, production, and customer service.
  • Analyze competitor activities and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales of current and new product introductions to customers.
