Overview

Join Oleumtech Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager, where you will leverage your technical expertise and sales strategy to drive regional growth and foster executive relationships. Key responsibilities

  • Identify and target high-value new clients within the assigned territory
  • Lead high-level product presentations and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop high-performance solutions
  • Maintain and scale strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Prepare sales proposals, lead contract negotiations, and exceed performance metrics
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Oversee after-sales support and coordinate with service teams
  • Maintain records of regional activities, forecasts, and interactions using CRM tools

Required skills

  • Technical education in instrumentation, process control, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the instrumentation or industrial sector
  • Proven sales success and track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Elite interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
