Overview

The Regional Sales Director (RSD) at Wheaton Van Lines Inc will focus on developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for agents across the Western and Northwestern US markets. This role involves significant interaction with agents to ensure sales goals and business development objectives are met while strengthening partnerships and training new agents.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop sales and marketing plans for each agent
  • Communicate regularly with agents regarding sales and marketing issues
  • Implement agent-specific sales and marketing plans
  • Identify target accounts and opportunities
  • Assist agents in hiring sales staff using Predictive Index
  • Provide regular updates to Wheaton staff about field activities
  • Recruit new agents as requested
  • Conduct sales and marketing training for new agents
  • Build relationships with agent owners and sales staff
  • Attend industry trade shows and state association meetings
  • Maintain and grow existing account relationships
  • Create content and present at networking events
