Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead and oversee on-site personnel within a dynamic property management organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily property management and will thrive in a team-oriented environment, focusing on achieving results and making a positive impact in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate understanding of financial goals and operate assets in owners' best interest
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and income projections
  • Ensure timely collection and posting of rents and fees
  • Manage legal actions and documentation in accordance with guidelines
  • Maintain vendor and contractor communications
  • Ensure full rental capacity of properties through effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze traffic logs and marketing data
  • Respond to community emergencies and address resident concerns promptly
  • Develop resident retention programs
  • Provide ongoing training and leadership to staff
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and assignments
  • Maintain community appearance through regular inspections

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Strong team building and performance management skills
  • Leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Experience with Yardi software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills and technology proficiency
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
