Position:3+ years of facilities, property maintenance, or skilled trade experience.Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, and HVAC systems.Great communication skills and the ability to effectively train less experienced techs.Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend calls.Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable truck or van you can use for work.Capable of passing a criminal background or drug screen.Compensation details: 26-28 Hourly WagePI6b424aca518b-2659
