Overview

New River Electrical Corporation is seeking a Regional Manager for Underground Transmission in Cloverdale, Virginia. This on-site role involves overseeing complex projects within a regional territory, providing leadership to project teams, and engaging in business development activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise project teams for underground transmission projects.
  • Conduct business development and expand customer relationships.
  • Prepare estimates and bids, ensuring accuracy in pricing and completeness.
  • Oversee project initiation plans, schedules, and safety plans.
  • Conduct job site safety audits and ensure compliance with safety policies.
  • Communicate project status and any issues to stakeholders.
  • Manage project costs and identify risks to keep projects within budget.
  • Supervise the development and performance of team members.

Required skills

  • 12+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in a Senior or Principal role
