Overview

Exacta Land Surveyors LLC is seeking a Regional Land Survey Field Manager to oversee and manage field survey teams in Cleveland, Ohio, and surrounding areas. This role involves ensuring safety compliance, conducting survey field work, and providing technical training to team members while maintaining equipment inventory.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure employees and equipment meet all safety expectations
  • Meet daily production requirements
  • Perform survey field work to meet goals
  • Provide hands-on training and mentoring to field crews
  • Review performance metrics weekly with direct reports
  • Manage local crew hardware and software assets
  • Forecast staffing needs to Operations Leadership and Talent Acquisition
  • Ensure accurate payroll records and administer PTO according to company policy
  • Actively participate in regular Regional Field Manager meetings
  • Support and model the company's strategic pillars

Required skills

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Knowledge of basic math operations and geometry
  • Proficient in job-related software and cloud-based solutions
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance
  • Assertive problem-solving and client service skills
