Overview

Invictus Energy Solutions is a leader in energy efficiency and building optimization. They are looking for a Regional Installation Manager to oversee installations of advanced HVAC control systems and energy management technologies in the Northeast, combining technical expertise with project management leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC control systems and energy management systems.
  • Manage subcontractors, project schedules, and budgets for on-time installations.
  • Coordinate system integration with controls engineers, electricians, and mechanical contractors.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams for seamless project execution.
  • Support troubleshooting and optimization of control sequences and field devices.
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop installation protocols and documentation for repeatable success.
  • Provide field support on DDC, BAS, and HVAC control strategies.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing HVAC installation projects.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC sequences of operation and control systems.
  • Proven leadership and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with BAS platforms (Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls, Distech, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of safety standards for HVAC and electrical installations.
