Overview

The Regional Facilities Manager at Clarios is responsible for overseeing facilities-related operations, capital projects, and service delivery across a multi-site manufacturing network. This role involves ensuring safe and efficient facility operations while engaging with various stakeholders to support production uptime and long-term asset sustainability.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple sites
  • Manage the regional third-party facilities management provider
  • Lead planning and execution of facilities-related capital projects
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization across sites
  • Build partnerships with plant managers and leadership
  • Communicate performance and risks effectively

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related disciplines
  • 10 years of experience in facilities management or related work in multi-site manufacturing
  • Ability to travel 30 to 50%
  • Knowledge of project management, budget management, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Experience with lean principles and stakeholder engagement
