Overview

The Regional Director of Addiction Medicine position at MDM Search focuses on patient-centered treatment for opioid addiction through a blend of Medication Assisted Treatment and behavioral counseling. This role requires a motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a multisite operation in Minnesota.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the Patient-Centered Treatment program addressing both medical and behavioral aspects of opioid addiction
  • Oversee the Medication Assisted Treatment using Methadone or Buprenorphine
  • Collaborate with the team on behavioral counseling initiatives
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in medical practices
  • Provide exceptional interpersonal and communication skills within the clinical environment
