Position: Regional Digital Lead Management Specialist Job Description: The Regional Digital Lead Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and advancing our overall digital lead management capabilities with a focus on North America. This role supports business outcomes including customer expansion & net-new Lead generation (demand creation) and customer value scale across the digital ecosystem and supports the digital enablement of the business. What You Will Be Doing: Partner with regional Sales and Business development teams to drive understanding and adoption of existing lead management capabilities, processes and best practices, including platforms that enable overall optimization of the end-to-end lead management system.Support region-level performance monitoring and analysis.Participate in global working groups to share regional insights, represent the voice of regional Sales and Business development teams, and collaborate on enterprise-wide improvements to lead management capabilities.Guide regional teams through changes in processes or technologies, addressing resistance and ensuring smooth adoption.Support the identification, design, build and roll-out of enhanced lead management capabilities, and optimized processes, that enable:Lead identification and qualificationAutomated nurturingOptimal assignment and movement of leads through the pipelineSales enablement through 360-degree view of and activation around customer behavioral signalsSupport marketing and sales to collaborate and align on common strategies and a unified approachAn analytical mindsetContinuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end process across teams, systems and platformsWhat We Are Looking For: Digital & Sales Partnership: Working knowledge of lead management or sales enablement practices and tools, ideally in a B2B setting Digital & IT Partnership: Demonstrated ability to influence and align thinking across teamsGeneral knowledge of marketing and sales enablement tools, technologies, and platforms. For example: (CRM), Eloqua (Marketing Automation). Experience working alongside both business and technical teams to prioritize, design, and manage operations that drive business value, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term organizational goals.Effective Communication: A track record of presenting digital, sales and marketing enablement strategies, insights and related topics. Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating group sessions.
