Key responsibilities

  • Partner with regional sales and business development teams to optimize lead management processes.

Required skills

  • 8+ years of lead management or sales enablement experience in complex global companies
  • Experience with lead management and sales enablement processes, tools, and capabilities
  • B2B sales process knowledge in complex environments
  • Functional proficiency in marketing and sales enablement tools like Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics,
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of regional business practices and cultural nuances
