Overview

The Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager at TRINITY ENVISION BUSINESS SERVICES LLC is responsible for leading all commercial tire sales operations within a designated region in Southern California. This includes managing and mentoring sales teams, driving revenue growth, and maintaining key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations
  • Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Set measurable sales goals and hold team accountable
  • Manage key fleet accounts and relationships
  • Drive pricing strategy and retention initiatives
  • Identify and execute territory growth opportunities
  • Partner with branch managers and service teams
  • Analyze sales reports, trends, and competitor activity
  • Prepare forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and quoting compliance

Required skills

  • 5+ years commercial tire sales experience
  • 2+ years leadership or regional management experience
  • Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
  • Knowledge of fleet programs and retreading
  • CRM proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
