Overview

The Regional Commercial Tire Sales Manager at TRINITY ENVISION BUSINESS SERVICES LLC is responsible for leading all commercial tire sales operations in the Southern California region. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability while providing guidance to sales teams and managing key account relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor sales teams across multiple locations
  • Conduct ride-alongs, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Set measurable sales goals and hold team accountable
  • Manage key fleet accounts and relationships
  • Drive pricing strategy and retention initiatives
  • Identify and execute territory growth opportunities
  • Partner with branch managers and service teams
  • Analyze sales reports, trends, and competitor activity
  • Prepare forecasts and performance reports
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and quoting compliance

Required skills

  • 5+ years commercial tire sales experience
  • 2+ years leadership or regional management experience
  • Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
  • Knowledge of fleet programs and retreading
  • CRM proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
