We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mid/Sr. Refrigeration HVACR Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing top-notch service solutions.Job Summary:The Refrigeration & HVAC (HVACR) Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of the refrigeration equipment while maintaining a high standard of service. The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair(s) of the commercial refrigeration systems.Responsibilities:Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain refrigeration systems and equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerated display cases, ice machines, and HVACR systemsDocument all work performed including but not limited to services reports, work orders by internal softwareRespond to service calls in a timely mannerPerform preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Test and calibrate refrigeration systems using specialized tools and equipment to verify proper operation and compliance with safety and performance standardsCollaborate with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute refrigeration installations, upgrades, and retrofitsSkills and Qualifications:EPA Universal 608 Certification is a must2+ years previous (field) experience in similar role preferredAbility to work independently/ as a part of a teamAdhere to safety protocols and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company policiesValid driver's licenseGood written and verbal communication skillsKeen attention to detailDocumentation and reporting skillsAbility to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time during shiftCan lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manualsBasic computer skills (electronic documentation)What We Offer DOE Includes:Competitive Pay: $30 -45hr, based on experience (Overtime/Prevailing Wage opportunities available).Port-2-Port (P2P) (you're paid from the moment you leave your home base)Company Vehicle + Gas Card.Comprehensive Benefits Package: 401(k) with company match o Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance o Paid Time Off (PTO), Parental Leave, and Retirement PlanCompany Swag & Uniforms provided.
