Overview

Nord Quantique is seeking a Recruiter to strengthen their recruitment capabilities as they continue to grow. This permanent position, based in Sherbrooke, Quebec, involves managing the recruitment process to attract highly specialized talent in scientific, technical, and operational fields while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the complete coordination of recruitment processes, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout recruitment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates and maintain clear communication with recruitment teams.
  • Support hiring teams in conducting structured and documented interviews.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and other recruitment tools.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and documentation.
  • Participate in sourcing activities with a focus on proactive sourcing and talent pool development.
  • Take part in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical or technology-focused environments.
  • Experience managing recruitment processes in structured, dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Technical recruitment experience is highly desired.
  • Understanding of structured interview processes and evaluation frameworks.
  • Bilingual in English/French is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
