Overview

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support its metro Atlanta communities. This role is crucial within the Human Resources team, responsible for driving recruitment efforts and enhancing employee retention within a renowned non-profit healthcare organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Support full cycle recruiting in a healthcare setting
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage candidate offers
  • Oversee HRIS platform including job boards and onboarding processes
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employee retention strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Recruiter/HR Generalist in healthcare
  • Strong recruiting and candidate sourcing skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with ADP HRIS preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
