Overview

A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Specialist to support their metro Atlanta communities. This role is a key member of the Human Resources team and involves full-cycle recruiting in a healthcare setting, promoting a compassionate and inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Support recruitment and retention initiatives for three metro Atlanta communities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting processes
  • Source and screen candidates effectively
  • Oversee offer management and onboarding processes
  • Utilize HRIS platform, including job boards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop strategies for employee retention

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Recruiter/HR Generalist in healthcare
  • Strong recruiting skills in a large organization
  • Experience with HRIS management, preferably ADP
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
