A.G. Rhodes is seeking a Recruitment & Retention Specialist to join their Human Resources team and support their three metro Atlanta communities. This role is essential for maintaining the organization's high retention rate and improving employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Support full cycle recruiting for healthcare positions
  • Source and screen candidates
  • Manage job boards and onboarding through the HRIS platform
  • Handle offer management processes
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve retention strategies

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Human Resources certification preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP)
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as Recruiter/HR Generalist in healthcare
  • Full cycle recruiting experience in a large organization
  • Strong skills in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills
  • Experience with ADP HRIS preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
