Overview

HSS Hospitality Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist for their Santa Ana, CA office. This role involves managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various hospitality positions. The specialist will interact daily with clients, account supervisors, and candidates to fulfill the staffing needs of the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and attract passive and active candidates using various recruitment resources
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Facilitate the distribution of promotional materials for recruiting
  • Maintain applicant database and track recruitment metrics
  • Support the Area Manager and collaborate with Account Supervisors

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruiting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with digital marketing and job board platforms
  • Knowledge of recruitment advertising and marketing techniques
