Overview

CFS is seeking a full-desk Technology Recruiter in Columbus, Ohio. This roles involves building relationships with IT professionals and clients, recruiting talent for various positions, and ensuring successful placements. The position combines sales and recruitment responsibilities, focusing on expanding a client base and providing tailored staffing solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow client base by selling technology staffing services.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to decision makers and hold in-person meetings.
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates and manage interview processes.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Match candidates with client job orders and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Resolve customer service issues to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Grow the Technology staffing division.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or staffing.
  • Proficient in communication at all organization levels.
  • Experience in sales negotiation and closing deals.
  • Ability to connect on social media and effectively use phone communication.
  • Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player.
