Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow a client base by selling technology staffing services
  • Conduct cold and warm calls to key decision makers
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks for candidates
  • Match qualified candidates with client needs
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently
  • Grow the Technology staffing division

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in technology sales or staffing
  • Strong sales skills and a track record of success
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Proficient in social media and email communication
  • Self-motivated and competitive mindset
