The role involves building and expanding a client base within the tech sector, recruiting talent for various IT positions, and ensuring successful placements through strong relationship management. Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow your client base by selling technology staffing services
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates
  • Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
  • Match candidates with client job orders and present qualified candidates
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates
  • Resolve customer service issues promptly
  • Grow the Technology staffing division

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in tech-related sales or staffing
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Ability to effectively connect with clients via social media and phone
  • Self-motivated and competitive with a team-oriented attitude
