Overview

CFS is seeking a full-desk Technology Recruiter in Oak Brook, responsible for expanding a book of business and forming long-term relationships with IT professionals. The role involves sourcing and placing candidates for direct hire and contract positions, ensuring successful client placements.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and grow client base by selling technology staffing services.
  • Conduct cold and warm calls, as well as in-person meetings with key decision makers.
  • Source and recruit potential IT candidates, conducting interviews and reference checks.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Match qualified candidates with client needs and present candidates to clients.
  • Resolve customer service issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Grow the Technology staffing division.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in tech-related sales or staffing.
  • Strong sales skills including negotiating and closing deals.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in connecting via social media and email.
  • Self-motivated, driven, competitive, and a team player.
