Key responsibilities

  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs.

Required skills

  • Previous welding experience
  • Experience as a Foreman, Lead Welder, Shop Supervisor, or in Shop Management
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication, and shop operations
