Job Description

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bundy Baking Solutions is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding while fostering strong relationships with hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles within the Bundy Family of Businesses
  • Create and distribute job descriptions across multiple platforms
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Present job offers and negotiate with selected candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Oversee internal and external communication to maintain a positive employer reputation
  • Maintain and promote the company's employer brand
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Keep accurate records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system
  • Act as a leader in the organization when TA Management is out of the office
  • Assist with additional TA projects and HR functions as needed

Required skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment software like Paycor, Paycom, Greenhouse, or Newton
  • Experience with social media, AI, and crowd sourcing
  • Relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to build pipelines with skilled trade candidates and trade schools
  • Experience presenting and attending job fairs
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
