Overview

Vaco LLC is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to join its Human Resources team in a remote capacity, but candidates must be based in Texas. This role involves full-cycle talent acquisition for a national real estate organization, focusing on attracting top talent and supporting a community-oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for various roles across the organization
  • Source candidates through ATS, job boards, networking, and community outreach
  • Open/close requisitions and prepare offer letters
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and criteria
  • Execute the offer process, including salary recommendations
  • Maintain recruiting metrics, reports, and documentation
  • Represent the organization at hiring events and community engagements
  • Promote the company's employer brand and culture
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure ongoing engagement
  • Assist with onboarding and HR support during acquisitions or transitions

Required skills

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other HR technologies
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to travel periodically
