Overview

The Go-to-Market Recruiter at DoorDash USA will play a crucial role in building the sales organization by driving strategic and efficient hiring. This position focuses on full-cycle recruiting for multiple sales segments and partners closely with Sales leaders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies that attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple Go-to-Market sales segments including inside, outside, and strategic sales teams.
  • Partner closely with Sales leaders to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the recruiting process and influence stakeholders to improve operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Compensation, and business leaders to shape hiring strategies.
  • Balance quality hiring with operational excellence in a metrics-driven environment.
