Overview

Horizon America Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to support their staffing operations in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in light industrial and manufacturing positions while ensuring compliance and maintaining high levels of employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and hire candidates for light industrial positions.
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills assessments.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks and drug screenings.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
  • Match candidates with client requirements and work environments.
  • Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, and expectations to applicants.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and retention after placement.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS.
  • Participate in job fairs and community recruiting initiatives.
  • Meet recruiting and client service goals.
