Overview

Horizon America Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to support their new market in Louisville, Kentucky. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in light industrial positions within manufacturing and logistics, while ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and hire candidates for light industrial positions
  • Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and skills assessments
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including background checks and employment verification
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Match candidates with client requirements and work environments
  • Communicate job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and expectations to applicants
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and retention after placement
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the ATS
  • Participate in job fairs and community recruiting initiatives
  • Meet recruiting, placement, and retention goals
