Overview

Talent Corps is seeking a driven bilingual recruiter with construction staffing experience to join their Texas team. This role focuses on recruiting skilled trades professionals for commercial and industrial construction projects and requires strong relationship-building and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruit skilled trades professionals for construction projects
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees and contractors
  • Manage employee onboarding and job placements
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Utilize recruiting platforms and networking to build candidate pipelines
  • Support account managers with staffing needs and urgent job requests
  • Track recruiting activity within the CRM/ATS system

Required skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Previous construction staffing or recruiting experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience recruiting for skilled trades or construction positions
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
