Transportation Recruiter Full-Time $50,000 - $55,000 Do you know how to find great drivers and keep them engaged through the hiring process? We're looking for an experienced Transportation Recruiter who understands the trucking industry and has a proven track record of recruiting both CDL drivers and independent contractors. If you're a relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great drivers with great opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Source, recruit, and onboard CDL-certified drivers and independent contractors. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driving candidates. Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process while ensuring a positive experience. Screen applicants, verify qualifications, and coordinate required documentation. Partner with operations to meet hiring goals and keep trucks moving. What We're Looking For: Previous recruiting experience in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry. Experience recruiting both CDL drivers and owner-operators/independent contractors. Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Knowledge of DOT regulations, driver qualification requirements, and onboarding processes. Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
