Overview

The Recruiter at Pennsylvania Transformer Technology is responsible for identifying, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This position supports the company’s recruitment strategies, ensuring open positions are filled efficiently with high-quality candidates to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage all phases of the recruitment process
  • Partner with supervisors and hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Review data, resumes, and records to select potential candidates
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews and verify candidate credentials
  • Advise candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and networking events
  • Manage candidates through the applicant tracking system
  • Establish relationships with staffing agencies and technical schools
  • Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and employment laws
  • Assist with employee onboarding processes
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
