Overview

As a Recruiter at Pennsylvania Transformer Technology Inc, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This position involves managing the entire recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all phases of the recruitment process
  • Partner with supervisors and hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Review resumes and records to select potential candidates
  • Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Conduct interviews and verify candidate credentials and references
  • Advise candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and networking opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with staffing agencies and educational institutions
  • Ensure compliance with EEO guidelines and applicable employment laws
  • Assist with employee onboarding processes

Required skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Understanding of EEO and ADA employment laws
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Basic Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Experience in Manufacturing preferred
