As a Recruiter, you will use your skills and security knowledge to attract and retain quality officers in a fast-paced environment. This position interacts with job candidates and potential applicants using various sourcing methods. This is an opportunity to showcase the importance of security and how a career can be made in this exciting & growing industry. In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. What Your Day May Look LikePerform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates.Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices.Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges and universities, community organizations, etc.Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion.Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed.Carry out various HR/administrative duties.Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors.What We OfferMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability Insurance, plus 401K options.10 Vacation Days Accrued.6 Sick Days.4 Floating Holidays per year.Holidays honored - New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.Paid Family Leave - up to 12 weeks a year in accordance with State Law.Paid Weekly (every Thursday).Employee Assistance Program.Discounts on childcare, pet daycare, vehicles, electronics, cell phone plans, travel, and more!Position RequirementsMust be 18 years of age.Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred.Excellent customer service skills required.Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills.Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines.Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.We are seeking an individual who is calm under pressure, professional in all interactions, and committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
