Job Description

Overview

The Recruiter at Central Oregon Radiology Assoc., P.C. will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract qualified talent. This full-time position emphasizes a proactive approach to sourcing and enhancing the company's visibility as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and improve all stages of the recruiting lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and success profiles
  • Ensure high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
  • Own and optimize recruitment marketing channels and job postings
  • Develop and maintain active talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage accuracy of job postings and compliance within the applicant tracking system
  • Perform phone and video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Collaborate with HR on offer development and candidate onboarding logistics
  • Partner with department leaders to anticipate hiring needs and provide recruiting insights
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain candidate confidentiality
  • Represent the organization at career fairs and community events

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of recruitment and hiring process experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
