COGIR Immobilier is seeking a passionate individual for the role of Receptionist - On Call in Montréal, Quebec. This part-time, on-call position offers an opportunity to work in a stable and rewarding environment, assisting with administrative duties and providing high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist immediate superior and team members with daily tasks and administrative duties
  • Distribute notices to residents
  • Ensure communication between staff on different shifts
  • Greet visitors and handle all residents' requests
  • Receive and redirect incoming calls
  • Perform other related duties

Required skills

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of retirement homes is a major asset
  • Professional studies diploma (DEP) in secretarial or office technologies
  • Problem solving and time management skills
  • Team collaboration skills
