Overview

Masonicare is seeking a Receptionist for their Shelton, CT location, working day/evening shifts for a total of 24 hours per week, including every other weekend. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, residents, and callers, while maintaining departmental policies and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and callers
  • Maintain departmental policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and direction to residents and visitors
  • Receive and deliver messages, flowers, and items to residents
  • Perform various recreational activities for residents
  • Maintain files on resident requests and current resident information
  • Schedule resident transportation requests
  • Input maintenance and housekeeping work orders
  • Maintain Outlook calendar for guest room reservations
  • Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Assist staff with administrative duties as required
