Overview

Arcadia Farms LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Bulk Liquid Receiving Coordinator for their 1st Shift team in Arden, NC. This role involves receiving bulk liquid raw materials from tanker trucks, ensuring safe unloading, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting material flow operations through their ERP system. The ideal candidate will thrive in both indoor and outdoor industrial settings and work closely with operations, quality, and supply chain teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive inbound bulk liquid raw materials delivered via tanker trucks.
  • Safely unload tankers into designated storage systems following SOPs.
  • Verify inbound materials against purchase orders and receiving documentation.
  • Electronically receive materials into the ERP system accurately.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for bulk liquid raw materials.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Operations teams to ensure materials meet specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  • Communicate tanker arrival, unloading status, and inventory concerns to leadership.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of receiving and unloading areas.

Required skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in receiving, manufacturing, or inventory control.
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems; E21 experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
  • Comfortable working around tanker trucks in an industrial environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus but not required.
