Overview

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate with 5 to 8 years of experience to support its growing real estate practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role involves managing real estate transactions from letter of intent to closing and requires strong recent experience in commercial real estate.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and closing documents
  • Manage real estate transactions from LOI through closing
  • Review title commitments, recorded documents, surveys, and due diligence materials
  • Draft title objection letters and coordinate title and survey review
  • Work closely with clients, internal legal teams, paralegals, lenders, brokers, and other third parties throughout the transaction process
  • Support commercial real estate matters involving various asset types

Required skills

  • 5 to 8 years of real estate transactional experience
  • Strong experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, title, survey, due diligence, and closing documents
  • Ability to manage key aspects of a transaction independently
  • Strong writing, communication, organizational, and client-service skills
  • Active license to practice law
