The role centers around handling an overflow of vetted seller appointments, allowing agents to focus on providing exceptional service without the need for cold calling or door knocking.

Key responsibilities

  • Meet with motivated sellers to identify their goals and guide them through the listing process
  • Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and grow the listing pipeline

  • Host monthly open houses with provided leads
  • Keep CRM and calendar updated to ensure readiness to serve
