As a Real Estate Sales Agent with Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, The Nathan Clark Team, you will have the opportunity to sell homes with pre-scheduled buyer and seller appointments, minimizing the need for prospecting and advertising. The role promises a good work/life balance and offers significant earning potential, with full support for transaction paperwork.

Key responsibilities

  • Convert Buyers/Sellers to signed agreements during face-to-face appointments
  • Complete the required paperwork and submit it to the Processing Department
  • Show properties to potential buyers
  • Submit Purchase and Sales Agreements
  • Negotiate home inspections
  • Review closing documents with clients
  • Attend closing and submit closing documents to the office
