Weichert, Realtors is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents in Ashland, Virginia, to join their high-performance team. This role offers an opportunity to build a successful real estate career with the support of proven sales training, advanced technology, and a nationally recognized brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, consult, and close residential real estate transactions
  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up
  • Conduct listing presentations, buyer consultations, property showings, and open houses
  • Manage a full sales pipeline from lead contact through negotiation and closing
  • Perform comparative market analyses (CMAs)
  • Negotiate contracts to maximize value for clients

Required skills

  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Proven sales mindset with strong prospecting and negotiation skills
