Weichert, Realtors is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents to join their high-performance team in Wakefield, Rhode Island. Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, consult, and close residential real estate transactions

  • Manage a full sales pipeline from lead contact through negotiation and closing
  • Perform comparative market analyses (CMAs) to competitively price properties

  • Stay informed on local market trends and pricing strategies

Required skills

  • Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
