Weichert, Realtors is seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents in New Orleans to join their high-performance team. Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, consult, and close residential real estate transactions
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and referrals

  • Perform comparative market analyses (CMAs) to price and position properties competitively
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize value for clients

  • Stay informed on local market trends and competitive dynamics

Required skills
