The Davis Team is seeking a Real Estate Sales Agent in Richmond, California. The team offers agents a wealth of live leads each month, providing the necessary support to thrive in the real estate industry. With a proven system in place, new agents can rapidly achieve success and close deals within their first few months.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by the team
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads
  • Gather local community information to assist clients
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients
  • Provide top-notch consulting and customer service
  • Work with buyers and sellers in Contra Costa/Solano County
  • Follow up on provided leads and build client relationships
  • Show homes and host open houses
  • Manage transactions from first contact through closing
  • Attend weekly coaching, training, and team meetings

Required skills
