Key responsibilities
Prospect, consult, and close residential real estate transactions

Perform comparative market analyses (CMAs) to competitively price properties
Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize client value
Utilize CRM and automated marketing tools to track leads and increase close rates
Stay informed on local market trends and pricing strategies
Required skills
High school diploma or GED
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Proven sales mindset with strong prospecting and negotiation skills
