Revenue Manager - Multifamily Real Estate Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + BonusLocation: Remote / Hybrid - Texas Knowledge Preferred Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing multifamily real estate organization in a highly visible role focused on revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and portfolio performance. The Revenue Manager will partner closely with Operations, Asset Management, and Executive Leadership to drive occupancy, rental rate growth, and overall portfolio performance across a large multifamily platform. Why This Role Stands Out High-growth organization with strong advancement opportunities Direct impact on pricing strategy, occupancy, and revenue performance Exposure to executive leadership and portfolio-level decision-making Clear path into senior revenue management, asset management, or investment-focused roles Remote/hybrid flexibility with strong work-life balance Competitive bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package Core Responsibilities Develop and implement revenue management and pricing strategies across a multifamily portfolio Analyze occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, market conditions, and competitive trends Provide pricing recommendations to maximize revenue, occupancy, and NOI performance Partner with Operations and Asset Management teams to align revenue initiatives with business objectives Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve asset results Support lease-up communities through forecasting, pricing, and performance analysis Prepare revenue forecasts, dashboards, reporting packages, and financial models Lead regular revenue strategy discussions with operational teams and leadership Translate operational and financial data into actionable recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, portfolio analytics, or a related function Experience supporting market-rate multifamily communities strongly preferred Strong understanding of occupancy metrics, leasing trends, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization Experience with revenue management and property management platforms preferred Familiarity with RealPage, YieldStar, LRO, Yardi Voyager, Entrata, CoStar, or similar tools is a plus Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel proficiency required Ability to communicate recommendations and influence operational stakeholders Work Environment & Benefits Remote or hybrid work environment Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and paid holidays Wellness and employee assistance programs Leadership development and internal growth opportunities Exposure to strategic initiatives and executive leadership Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for a multifamily revenue management, asset management, or portfolio analytics professional who wants greater ownership of pricing strategy and portfolio performance.
