Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager • Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies across a portfolio of multifamily assets • Analyze occupancy trends, leasing activity, renewals, market conditions, and competitive positioning • Provide pricing recommendations designed to maximize revenue and portfolio performance • Partner with Operations and Asset Management teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives • Monitor market performance and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, rental rates, and NOI • Conduct portfolio reviews and provide actionable recommendations to leadership • Support lease-up communities through pricing strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis • Develop revenue forecasts, reporting packages, and financial models for executive leadership • Lead recurring revenue strategy discussions with operational stakeholders • Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable business recommendations Qualifications for the Revenue Manager • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field • 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, portfolio analytics, or related real estate functions • Experience supporting market-rate multifamily communities strongly preferred • Experience analyzing occupancy, leasing trends, pricing strategies, and portfolio performance metrics • Experience with revenue management platforms, property management systems, and business intelligence tools preferred • Experience with CoStar, Yardi Voyager, Entrata, RealPage, LRO, YieldStar, or similar systems is a plus • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities • Advanced Excel skills required • Ability to influence operational teams and communicate recommendations to leadership Benefits & Growth • Hybrid/remote work environment • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • 401(k) with company match • Generous PTO and paid holidays • Wellness and employee assistance programs • Strong leadership development and internal promotion opportunities • Exposure to executive leadership and strategic business initiatives This Revenue Manager opportunity is best suited for someone currently working in multifamily revenue management, asset management, or portfolio analytics who is looking to gain greater ownership of pricing strategy, portfolio performance, and revenue optimization within a growing multifamily organization.
