In addition, the practice advises on the organization of new businesses, offering guidance from formation through ongoing legal considerations. Team members collaborate closely with clients, real estate professionals, and community partners to deliver thorough, efficient, and reliable legal support. Role Description The Real Estate Pre-Closer is a full time - in office based in Alpharetta, GA, with some flexibility to work from home one day per week. This role supports the real estate closing process by gathering and reviewing documents, preparing settlement statements, coordinating with lenders, agents, and clients, and ensuring files are complete and accurate before closing. Daily responsibilities include data entry into closing software, tracking key dates and conditions, resolving documentation issues, and maintaining clear communication with all parties involved. The Pre-Closer will also assist with scheduling closings, answering client inquiries, and supporting attorneys and closers with administrative tasks related to all office matters. QualificationsExperience with real estate Closings and familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, agents, and lenders. Proficiency with closing software such as SoftPro or similar real estate settlement platforms. High attention to detail, accuracy in document review and data entry, and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in a real estate law firm, title company, or closing attorney's office is preferred. Basic understanding of real estate contracts, title commitments, and lender requirements is beneficial. Reliable transportation to the Alpharetta, GA office and availability to work a consistent schedule.
